WHAT I TREAT / KNEE PAIN

Knee Pain

Sharp with stairs, aching after sitting, locking when you run — knee pain shows up differently for different people. The work here is figuring out what's actually driving it, so you can get back to training without backing off.

MY APPROACH

How I treat knee pain.

01

Assess

A thorough orthopedic exam combined with full-body movement analysis. We look at what's actually loading your knees — hip and ankle mechanics, running gait, lifting form — and identify the root cause, not just the painful spot.

02

Treat

Hands-on care — joint mobilization, soft tissue work, dry needling when appropriate — to reduce symptoms and restore the movement you need to load the knee well again.

03

Build

Progressive strength and movement work targeted to your sport or activity. You leave with a clear program, defined milestones, and a body that holds up under the demands you actually put on it.
