WHAT I TREAT / ANKLE / FOOT PAIN
Ankle & Foot Pain
Ankle and foot pain compounds fast — limp for a week and your hip starts to hurt. Whether it's an acute sprain or chronic Achilles flare-up, getting back to running and training comes down to a clear, progressive load plan.

MY APPROACH
How I treat ankle / foot pain.
Assess
Foot and ankle exam plus running and movement analysis. We look at how load travels through the foot, ankle, and lower chain — and identify the actual driver.
Treat
Manual therapy, soft tissue work, and dry needling to restore mobility and reduce symptoms quickly.
Build
Progressive loading — foot and calf strength, plyometrics, and a return-to-run program built around your goals. The goal is a foot and ankle that hold up to real training.
